We utilize the standing series as a warm up executing each posture once with great precision and a short flow series to keep the heart rate up. We use the floor series to dig deeper into our core yoga practice executing each posture twice with great focus and mindfulness of proper form and alignment. 60 minutes of hot yoga is better than no yoga, so come and power up through our express class.
